Quality Management System
In line with CIS Group requirements, ACS implements an Integrated Environmental Management System (IEMS) based on the principles of general quality management.
ACS' existing policies and SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) are fully in line with these guidelines, secured by the concepts of proactivity and continuous improvement.
ACS has been certified according to ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 22000 and OSHAS 18001 since 2016, demonstrating our commitment to quality and safety in the delivery of services.
Customer Satisfaction Survey Programs
Particular attention is paid to getting feedback from customers and visitors on the quality of the services provided, so that shortcomings can be identified and addressed in a timely manner and the services provided can be continuously improved.
Satisfaction surveys are conducted on an ongoing basis at the sites, and the results are analyzed by experts and appropriate actions are taken based on the results.
Currently, surveys are conducted using Elank terminals and CIS Group's own IT solution: use of a QR code.
Occupational health and safety
The health and safety of people is essential to the company, and 'zero incidents' is a top priority.
As a consequence, no action can be taken at the expense of the health and safety of anyone.
ACS is committed to ensuring a safe and healthy working environment for all its employees. Every employee can:
- • participate in improving workplace safety conditions;
- • continuously identify, assess and manage risks in order to perform all types of services safely;
- • withdraw immediately from carrying out work or other activities that pose a risk to the health and safety of employees.
Well-being program
To ensure the well-being of our customers, ACS runs a Well-being campaign, developed by CIS Group, aimed at raising awareness of healthy lifestyles: we inform our visitors about the risks associated with excessive consumption of certain foods, as well as the importance of good nutrition and regular physical activity.
HSE Policy
ACS pays particular attention to compliance with health, safety and environmental requirements.
In addition to pre-service training, weekly "Safety Meetings" and daily safety "brief meeting" are arranged at the sites.
ACS also ensures compliance with all applicable environmental and safety regulations to prevent environmental pollution.
